Graduating from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2017 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a concentration in Somatics. I’m a psychodynamic, body-oriented therapist bringing warmth, humor, and a nurturing presence to the therapeutic relationship.

As a healer, mother, and teacher I have always been interested in the big questions that shape culture and the effect that culture has in shaping our bodies. My path in the healing arts was birthed at the Omega Institute in 2001, where I worked for three years and gained my certification as a RYT 200 hour registered yoga teacher and co-facilitated coming-of-age rituals for teens. As a certified massage therapist and birth doula, I had 12 years of experience working with clients to increase awareness of the mind-body connection, before beginning my graduate level work in counseling psychology.

From 2018- 2020, I counseled teens at Terra Linda High School in San Rafael, which gave me a unique window into the current challenges of adolescence and practical experience working with teens in crisis. I'm a member of the Marin Wellness collaboration and have received training in somatic experiencing and trauma-informed care. My experience, wisdom and training create a solid foundation for you to develop trust and connection with your own inner knowing. This allows for healthier relationships, greater resiliency, and a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.
